My Fitbit is not syncing to my iPhone 5s and hasn't done it for a few days. Just keeps looking I've tried turning the Bluetooth off and restarting my phone but no joy so far. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @AllieH is nice to see new faces around! By any chance have you tried to restart just your Fitbit One? if not, then suggest you to take a look of this post, which has instructions to restart it.
Let me know if it syncs after that!

The same exact thing happened to me yesterday out of the blue with my iphone 6. I have turned the bluetooth off and on and also restarted my phone. The fitbit app just says it is "looking".

Hey @JEY welcome to the Community! to fix the syncing issue, did you already tried the steps we posted above? like restart your One, set it up as a new device and the syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices? if so, and your tracker still not working, let me suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly and let them know the steps you already followed to fix this.
Let me know the outcome! ![]()

I had the same problem of my One no longer syncing to my Phone 6. I found your instructions above, followed them, and it resolved my problem. Thanks!
