I recently purchased a used Fitbit One, and in order to get it to sync with my phone I have to reset it first. After I reset it it'll be able to sync for maybe half an hour and then fail with the looking for tracker/tracker not found error until I reset it again. While annoying, it wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have to plug it into a computer to reset it, which kinda defeats the point of the long battery life. I'm using an original Google Pixel with stock firmware and the latest version of the Fitbit App. My One is running firmware 6.64.

@SaintWacko Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear about your One not syncing properly with your Google Pixel phone. The One isn't being sold anymore so make sure you got it from a respectable seller like Amazon (check the store that sells them), Walmart or Best Buy to name a few. For the syncing issue you can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!
