I just bought a new Fitbit One because I can't keep a charge more than 48 hours on my former fitbit. Tried all the restart steps and did online chat with Fitbit rep. Seems this is a problem with the One and am guessing an update cause this??? Now wondering if Fitbit caused this to force users into buying a product with features not desired?
I love the Fitbit One because it's small and does not have to be worn on the wrist. When I retired 14 years ago I gave up the watch and don't want a tracker that is worn on the wrist. Because I had a problem even finding a new one to purchase I have a feeling Fitbit One might be phased out. Sad to think the company may have caused this issues to force us into buying a different product. Why couldn't they just grandfather it in place?

I very sad about it too as the One is the most accurate tracker.
