If someone has a One still in the box, never used for 6 years, does anyone know if the battery might still be good? There is one for sale online.

Hello @dawne48183
With the One discontinued and no longer being supported, it's entirely up to you if you want to try it. Six years is a long time and you don't know how it was stored during that period of time. You might want to ask yourself how much money you'd feel comfortable losing if you took the risk and it didn't work out.
Let us know what you do.

@dawne48183 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for posting your inquiry regarding Fitbit One on this board.
If it was never used, I think the battery should work well. However, that will depend on many factors; just as @Odyssey13 informed, like how it was stored. Fitbit does continue to support Fitbit One. However, the tracker was discontinued.
Keep me posted! ![]()
