I bought my Fitbit in 2014, and it has worked up until four days ago. It is recording steps okay, but is not syncing. I had been using my MacBook Air to sync, and when it didn't sync, I downloaded the Fitbit app to my Samsung mobile phone. It is not syncing there either. Any ideas what is wrong?

this method has worked for me over the years, but no longer.  I got a new computer with a new fitbit app and now it won't sync.  even if I do the steps with the fitbit.  this is a very original fitbit.  these used bluetooth, right?   I wonder why I can't see it.
