Fitbit battery draining fast

I got a Fitbit One about 2  weeks ago.  I had a Flex prior to that for about 2 years. The battery in my Flex easily lasted a solid week.  The battery in my One only lasts about 3 days.  Is this normal?

It's not normal at all. My One lasts a week between charges. 

It's an outside shot but try restarting it using this procedure:

If that doesn't change things and it continues to run down quickly then you may want to consider taking it back for an exchange.
