Fitbit not connecting to web on line.

My Fitbit One is getting no connection to the webb on my computer.  Works fine on my phone.  This is a Fitbit problem.  I know a Fitbit One is not what this company cares about, but fix the problem. Those of us that have been here since the beginning  deserve more.

My Fitbit One has not synced since last Weds (7/21). The error message I get on my MacBook is "Oops. We found an error. The server is busy. Try again later" I tried my husband's dongle, my dongle, tried resetting the Fitbit, had my husband sync his One using his iPhone. His sync with the phone said it was working, but when we looked at the data, it only showed calories burned, no steps or anything else.

Just now, I deleted FitBit Connect from my MacBook, went to Fitbit.com and downloaded the Fitbit software for OS again. Loaded it onto my computer. You have to log in to your Fitbit account and tell it you are connecting a new Fitbit, but you will NOT lose your old data. After this process, it synced. I was able to capture all my data since last Weds and feel so relieved that it is not lost.

Please try this and hopefully it will work for you. Go get your steps!!!

If you're having the problem with the "No Internet Connection" found error - there are a couple of solutions posted under the Help Topic for the Fitbit ONE entitled

Re: Trouble with Fitbit connecting to Internet to sync

---------------

It seems to be a problem with the FitBit Connect program itself. There are a couple of methods for downloading a new version posted by myself and @drwillis under that post that seem to be working for myself and others.

Good luck!

After reinstalling the Fitbit Connect numerous times on my computer, reinstalling the app on my phone also numerous times and restarting my Ftbit One it finally resumes synching with both my phone and computer.  Not sure why it works now when I did the exact same procedures hours ago.

I've uninstalled and re-installed fitbit multiple times and still get the
messate "no internet connection". It is not acknowledging the sync dongle.
I've contacted support, but no resolution yet. I haven't been able to sync
since last Wednesday. As of yesterday, the tracker wen't crazy…not keeping
accurate data, wrong time, etc.

I'm ready to throw the thing in the river. For the past couple years, I
have a problem with it every couple of months or so. It is a real headache.

Well, I don't want to jinx it, but I just synced manually & it actually worked!!  I am back up and running as normal, hopefully FitBit resolved the issue & everyone else can get back to normal Smiley Very Happy

Still not recognizing the dongle. I've reinstalled everything MULTIPLE
times, shut down, whatever. I've spent WAY more time on this than anyone
should have to.

I called the customer service line and actually got through. I had a right go at them and strangely my Fitbit is now syncing......!

Mine is working now.  Somebody must have fixed something.  It would be nice if we got a little feedback regarding whether or not they are working on it or have any updates.  Glad it is working.

Everything seems to be "synced" (I've been entering steps manually since
last Wednesday)—except today steps are not accurate, and the computer still
does not recognize the dongle (yes I tested the ports, other things work
just fine). Tech supports solution is buy another one.
