@Luvmy10r Welcome to the Fitbit Community! If your tracker is not tracking the right data I will recommend to perform a restart. Also, if you are doing an specific activity; manually logging the activity is a great way to get accurate information too.
Other ways to make your tracker more accurate will be to adjust your stride length and change the dominant hand setting (check last sections of that article).
