Fitbit one not counting my steps correctly

I had to buy a new Fitbit one bc I lost mine and Fitbit wouldn't replace the lost one (only had it for like 4 months. I wore it like they said and it feel off my pants at some point in the day). Anyways I got my new one less than a week ago. It stinks. I threw everything out(box etc). The Fitbit isn't counting my steps sometimes at all. Not sure why. I restarted it and the same thing. I could wak from room to room in my house and look at the steps logged and it shows that I didn't take any steps. Suggestions?

I know you say you did a restart but this is known to not always work so it might be worth trying it again a few times:
