Have charged my one but no display. Have pressed button and after a couple of seconds I get a vibration but nothing on the screen at all. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @GillFinn

Are you able to restart the tracker?

Welcome to our Community @GillFinn! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner  provided you with a great suggestion to help you resolve your issue. I'd like to add that you can also make sure your One is charging correctly by using hand sanitizer and a tissue or dampen a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and carefully clean the charging contacts on your tracker and charger. If a cotton swab does not fully remove the dirt or debris, use a toothpick or toothbrush.

Hope this helps, let me know if it works! Robot Happy
