Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Smokey2468! Hope you're doing great!  I noticed @WendyB  provided you with her help, thank you sweetie! Before contacting Support you can also try to follow the steps provided in this thread cause maybe your tracker isn't syncing correctly.
