Hello, I have the same problem bought fitbit one and it does not turn on, that is with charging it turns on as soon as you disconnect from the charging device, it stops responding, rebooted the device several times, 

help solve the problem

Sounds defective to me. I would take it back and exchange it where ever you got it.

On ebay I bought Fitbit One for $ 350,

After unpacking, we found that it did not turn on, put it on charge, it turned on and the inscription Fitbit 6.64 and the charge indicator came out, but as soon as you disconnect the device from the charge, it stops responding.
