I have a Fitbit One - a replacement for my old one which stopped working after about 3 years, bought last autumn - and I noticed in my recent weekly report that my steps were very low. When I checked, it hasn't synced for about 2 weeks now. I plugged it in to charge, but nothing shows up on the tracker. I plugged it into the computer and still nothing. I tried to reset - I think you have to hold the button down for quite a long time - and still nothing. Any suggestions as to what I can try next please?

Mine has done the same thing. It's less than a year old. It would randomly shut off and I always thought I must have accidentally leaned into the button or something when it was clipped to my pants. Then it started doing it at night. Yesterday it did it about 5 times. I read the forums and did a restart like recommended (plugging it in to the charger and holding the button down). No improvement. So I contacted support. After a couple of hours they responded, asked me if I had restarted. When I said I had, they told me they'd fill out a ticket and get hold of me. I'm still waiting. Don't they get that I'm addicted to this machine?! I live for the weekly and weekend challenges, the sleep data and the calorie burn info I get from it. Sigh. I'll just have to wait, and you probably will too.

I suggest contacting costumer support for this.
