I'm confused. I sync my One every day.
I do have fitbit connect on my computer and I also use my phone app to sync.
Can you please be more specific?

I have the same challenge. I've had my fitbit One for years. I don't recall when I last checked the online data. I entered the web site today and despite having the Fitbit connector on my computer, no data has transferred for an unknown length of time.
My computer is upgraded to Windows 10 and I have a new drive. Any clues about what I might check next to successfully upload my data?
