I usually put the One in pajama top pocket and it records me quite restless and only sleeping 5-6 hours most night, sometimes 7 hours even when I'm in bed as much as 9 hours. Recently had no pockets so clipped it onto pants waistband and it began recording me sleeping 8+ hours with some restlessness but not much. Now, I'm wondering if the years of it not showing me sleeping enough was really a false reading. Has anyone else had this experience? I clip it onto my bra strap during the day but do not sleep in a bra so have always just put in pocket, not clipped.

Your One came with a sleep wrist band. I would suggest that you use it or find something like one of those money/key wristbands that runners use to put it in at night.

I've worn out two of them over the years as I've had my Fitbit One "many" years and had actually forgotten about the bands but your suggestion triggered my memory so I'll see if I can find where I put my last one. Thanks

@Sky_-ler I hope you're doing well! Thanks for posting the inquiry you had about sleep tracking with Fitbit One. Thanks for sharing those details about it.
Just as @SunsetRunner informed, the best thing you can do to get an accurate sleep record is to use the sleep band your One included.
If you don't find yours; you can get a new one at the Fitbit Store.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
