I just got new fitbit one from my sister she bought from USA so I charged it and a battery full symbol, but I cannot access any other display, I already reset by holding the button for 12 seconds it does "Fitbit 6.60" before reverting back to showing battery icon and cannot access anything, so when I remove tracker from the charging cable and press the button not thing show on screen. How can I do?
