Since the time changed, mu fitbit not only an hour off, it's also another 12 hours off. It rolls over everyday at 1:00 p.m.

Have you check under settings to see what Zone is selected?
Sometimes it helps to change the zone. Let it sync then chanage it back and let it sync again.

Hey, @mmcroy, @SophiaA! Thanks for joining in. Like our good friend suggested, @WendyB confirm what time zone have you select on your settings, also changing it to any other different one, syncing and then select the correct one and syncing again, does the trick most of the times.
Please provide us more details so we can help.
@USAF-Larry, @WendyB, thanks for your help and Merry Christmas!

Where are the settings? I don't know where to find the settings on my Fitbit One. My computer is correct.

Where are the setting for the time zone change on the fitbit one? My computer and phone have the correct time, but my fit bit is off by two hours.

Hey, @TammyPethan! It is nice to see you around. Your settings are located at the upper right corner where there is a gear icon, it will display a list of things including "settings". After you select it, you will see more options including "personal information", and there you will see the timezone option. See images below.
Let me know how it goes!
