Whenever my trackers don't sync I try (3) things - first, turn OFF Bluetooth, and go to sync, for whatever reason, when Fitbit prompts to turn on Bluetooth it seems to fix it, second, put the tracker right next to your phone, it's possible it's not picking up the signal. Third, use a different device (tablet, another phone, or the PC app).

Thank you. I did that and it worked. But then it stopped syncing again at the same time of day as before. They only thing that worked for me was doing a reset for it to sync.
