If i hold it down to turn it on, it loads but then when i try click the button to see what floors ive done, it turns back off?

When looking on my phone it has also not registered anything fo the past two days, not a step. IT says its fully charged and try charging it but still cant get it to stay on, any ideas please?

When they play silly beggers a restart can sometimes bring them back into line:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries.
