Can you do mobile tracking with Fitbit one. I hand the Samsung note 8 and it's not allowing me to set it up

Its part of the app. Tap on the exerecise tile. Tap on stop watch. Tap tracking.

Mobile track is when the Fitbit app is used in place of the Zip to count the users steps durring the day. According to Fitbit your Note 5 does not have the needed hardware for mobile track. 

 

If your asking about Mobile Run, where the app is used to track your walk/run/hike with GPS and the resulting map, please follow @WendyB's instructions.
