My fitbit one is not tracking any stairs I climb .. I have tried moving the position that I have it and nothing seems to work. It is more than a full floor of steps and I have gone up and down several times... Any one have any suggestions? Thanks

Your stairs need to be 10 ft in elevation for it to count. Some stairs are not.
You also can not hold on to anything. Even the rails

I have had the issue where it does not track 'Every' flight I go up. I usually pin it to my boxers so it is closer to my hip. Then it counts every time.
