Not syncing?

Myu fitbit One hasnt synced since Jan 6th - it says tracker not found.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shut my phone down and it is fully charged.  Any suggestions - do I restart the tracker and will I lose all my data since the 6th.  Thanks

The restart procedure (see link below) is your best bet. Although it doesn't lose any data you may have already lost some as the One only has enough memory to store detailed data for up to 7 days between syncs. It can hold summary data for up to 30 days but I don't know what this means in practise.

Give the restart a few tries as it doesn't always work.

My fit bit also won't sync up and I tried shutting it off. What's up

I had to replace my fitbit one as it no longer worked.  I used an extra that my husband had and set it up. It will not sink but does show steps etc. on the device. I've done all suggestions but nothing works.

@Kempner it's worth checking your husband's phone to see if it still has a connection to your fitbit in the bluetooth settings as this may prevent your phone connecting to it.

My One is working but will not sync either.  Last sync I have was 12/25/17.
