One not syncing

Since the last update on May 6th, 2016, my one has no synced..Anyone else

having this issue?

Mine hasn't synced since the end of April. I would like to know how to get it going again.

Same thing happened to mine. Hasn't synced since May 6th. Starting to wonder see if this is a general Fitbit issue. I've done everything, reset and rebooted everything and it still not syncing

This thing is garbage! I did everything and I just removed it from my account to start over and it just searches for a device but doesn't find it! I'm super angry and spent way too much time today on this! I do not want anymore advice on how to fix! I don't care anymore

I deleted it off my app to try and set it back up from the start and now the app just "searches" for the device and can't find it, so I deleted it and can't get it back..Sent an angry email to Fitbit Support..I'll let everyone know what they say to do next. So frustrating!!

Hi! Just To add my voice here - I've never been able to connect my One with the android app, even having been sent a replacement by customer support - so I would be very interested to know what the response is!

Been emailing with support and told them it was maybe time to move on to a new tracker company. I disconnected the Fitbit from my account to try and start over and it can't even "find" the Fitbit to put it back on my account. Support thanked me for trying to fix it on my own and said they would get back to me. We'll see! Again, I've spent way too much time on this

Make sure you email fitbit support as well.  I'm going back and forth with them now and I will update my posts as soon as they give me a solution.

Thanks! Yes I'm beginning to agree, I was just thinking of looking into fitbit alternatives - it seems like the connection issues are really problematic and persistent. I've been emailing them and am going to give all the reboots and resyncs one last try tonight before giving up! I hope you get some kind of satisfactory answer...

I hope you do too! But I'm on my 4th device..3 zips and now 1 One and it seems that this is an ongoing problem. Doesn't seem worth it?? It's a bummer though because I'm on weight watchers and you can sync your device in their app, so if I get different brand, I can't use it with weight watchers..

Shannyk327, FYI, you can sync weight watchers with Garmin and a few others, as well!

Good to know I can use other trackers with weight watchers..I thought since they sell the Fitbit in their meeting places, that was the only one that would sync..thanks for the information

My fitbit one hasn't synced since sunday may8th. Did tou get any solution to this problem?

I successfully sync'd mine by plugging it in, holding down the button for
12 seconds, letting go, taking it out of the charger, and holding the
button again (a reset that does not delete your data). I hope that helps!

Nope! Getting nowhere fast! Waiting to hear back from support as to my next step..ill post what they tell me, but I would suggest emailing support as well..I deleted it from my app and I can't get it back on and support can see that I don't even have one linked, so I do not suggest taking it off to start over..the app searches for it, but never finds it..I try several times a day to reactivate it and nothing works!

  1. When did you notice it stopped syncing?
  2. What phone make and model do you have (Android, iPhone)?
  3. What OS are you running on your phone (iOS 9, Android 6.0)?

@sewingninja If you've previously paired your One to a mobile device and are now trying to pair it to an Android device, I recommend checking out the tips in this help article. Hoping that helps you to get it setup on Android.

I responded to them already..they needed to know my country of origin and where I purchased my Fitbit. They sent me directions to set my Fitbit back up and it does not work.  As I said, I go to set it up and it "searches" for the device which is working while its on me, but it never locates it to put it back on my account.  It is wirking , but it;s synced to nothing.  Stopped working on May 6th, 2016..I have an I-Phone 5S..But it won't recoginize it on my computer or I-Pad either.

Mine went for about 5 days, dying after about 1 day each time and not syncing except immediately after reboot. Yesterday, it started syncing again and I didn't do anything different. I don't know what got updated, but I'm not complaining! Thanks!

My Fitbit one on my iPhone 6 is not syncing.
I've checked iOS version, Bluetooth is on, powered down phone reinstalled gut bit app on my iPhone etc. any suggestions?
