Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. Once I reboot it, it syncs for a limited time and then stops. I have to reboot it approximately once per day. I'm also having the problem that the battery life is severely shortened - I used to charge once per week and have had to charge it once a day since these problems started. Ideas? Anyone else having battery life issues?
Best AnswerI have had my fitbit one for about one year. Now it seems I have to reboot, (move dogle) every day. Not a good track record. Anyone have any comments from the company?

Same thing happened to me. Last update May 6. Can't get it to no matter what I try.
