Support contacted me and said nothing I can do with this one, so they are replacing it. My suggestion is that if anyone has these same issues to contact support.. Takes a couple of days for them to respond, but they will. So I will be the proud owner of my 5th device since 2014.. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and good luck to all
My One stopped synching on May 11, and the battery drained really fast after charging it. I fussed & fumed for a while then did some work. Looked at it again around 5:30pm, opened the app and it synched! However the battery was drained by bedtime. I plugged it into its cable & into the computer - to my surprise it showed as mostly charged. Synching is good, hopefully the battery will go a week as it originally did when I bought it on 4/26.
I may sound stupid but mine is up and running but isn't syncing the right amount of steps that I take each day. The steps are actually going down.On my phone it is but not on the computer. How do you reboot it?
