is that why it has stopped syncing? my fitbit one will not sync and I have tried everything your site suggests to fix it. I see lots of others have the same problem over the last few days so not my issue but yours. From what I see, no one seems to be trying to fix it. maybe time to swap allegience

Mary: Yes, the no display thing is most disconcerting. That was why I thought my fitbit had died. The only advice I have for you is to keep trying the same things over and over. Yes, the definition of insanity is to try the same thing over and over and expecting different results but Einstein said that before computers were integrated into our lives. Now, at least with fitbit, this seems to be the way to fix things (obviously something is changing at their end but they won't admit to that.)

My FIT ONE quit syncing at 2:36 AM & I have tried everything-but failed. Even when I go into the sync sight it says it will sync in a few minutes & it doesn't. This is frustrating.

I have had this problem periodically. It is highly frustrating!!! In the past, I have deleted and reinstalled the software, and it still didn't work. I have contacted tech support and followed the advice from multiple techs', but nothing was effective for long...until I saw the post on Page 1 of this thread by SteveH in the UK. He says to restart it--it may take 3 times. Mine did. It worked, and it was so easy. Most importantly, you will not lose any data in memory. If it works for you, save the instructions in case you need them again. The only sync issue I have had since then was on Fitbit's end, and they quickly corrected it. Good luck!
