One only showing battery charge

 Battery is fully charged.  Hit the display button and that's all it shows.  No steps,  stairs,  time etc...  Battery only....  Using my laptop to sync etc......  Windows 10.....  Way past warranty....  Tried resetting,   not working....

I just want to make sure you have tried the correct restart steps. Please check this helpful article for more details on this. If you did those, try them one more time.

Thanks for the reply.  I've tried restarting it multiple times.  I just tried again per your request.  While holding the button,  it never turned on.  I held it for 10 minutes.  I'm guessing it should have turned on long before then.  So,  it's still not working.

Well,  the resolution was to give me 25% off another unit.  Well,  they're already 25% off from other retailers who sell them.  So,  I got nothing.....
