One will not sync

My Fitbit One will not sync since Feb 21, 2019. Each time I try I receive a sync error. Network operation failed - Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. Have restarted One and app is updated on my phone.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Sometimes just turning Bluetooth off on your phone for a minute helps as well

Restarting Fitbit not working. Seems to be a common issue with the 6.64 update. Data not staying in the app.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue by yourself. Can you please tell me for how long have you been experiencing this issue? In the meantime, I recommend following the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
