. I understand your concern about radiation, you only wish the best for your loved ones and you don't want to harm them in any way.
Radiation emitted from all Fitbit devices is minimal. The Fitbit's power output is extremely low: about 0.5% - 1% of the output power of a cell phone.
As for our Bluetooth enabled devices, a good deal of research has been done in the field of Bluetooth radiation dangers to humans, and the general consensus is that the 800MHz to 2 GHz radiation output of a Bluetooth device is negligible to users. If your iPhone is in flight operations while you're sleeping it won't sync with your Fitbit. There should be no problem for you using your Fitbit while pregnant so, it won't hurt your baby either.
