Regarding Fitbit one device

1.While travelling, steps count, floors climbed etc increases considerably. Is there any way to address this problem.
2. Is there any way to reset the readings of device at any time of the day.
3. How to switch off the device.

Hi, @cgoel22,

 

1. When you say "travelling" do you mean driving?  If so, you can follow the instructions here.

2. The Fitbit resets its data every night at midnight.  It is not possible to reset at another time of day.

3. You cannot turn off the Fitbit One.  The only way is to let the battery die.
