I got a new Fitbit One to replace one that had broken. I followed the prompts on Connect to replace a device. Occasionally when I sync I get the message that they found more than one tracker & I have to log in. How do I convince Connect that I only have 1 One?
Thanks in advance!

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @lynnich. I would recommend removing your One from your account by clicking "Remove this One from Your Account" located at the bottom of your Device Settings. Then, please set it up once again as a replacement device. This should settle everything up.
Thanks for stopping by, see you around.

That didn't help. And now every single time I want to sync I have to reset my One multiple times (an average of 3 times). Then I get that screen telling me it sees additional Fitbits and I have to log in. Once I log in I finally can sync.
Now I can't sync to my phone without syncing to my computer 1st. It just spins indefinitely.
This is becoming more of a nuisance than anything else. This One was a warranty replacement and has never worked quite right.

Hi @lynnich. Is it possible that the iPhone and the computer/dongle are competing with one another for the Fitbit One single-channel Bluetooth connectivity?
While your Fitbit One tracker can connect with many different devices (phones, tablets, computers, ipods ...), it can only be paired live with ONLY one device at a time - at least, that's my understanding.
Turning off Bluetooth on the phone while attempting to sync with your computer might solve this.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
