Sorry again for posting, so my dongle is now recognised, earlier I was able to sync the tracker to the dongle, but now it won't see it..
Any help greatly appreciated..

Hi @Zav. There is no need to apologize for posting, this is what this Community is all about, fitbitters helping their fellow fitbitters; although posting in the same threads as your other posts would allow us to have a better feel for what the problem is. I would suggest taking the dongle out of the USB port, signing off your account, clearing your internet cache, and shutting down your computer completel. Then boot up again, wait for disc activity to cease; and plug the dongle back in. Wait for your operating system to recognize it and then run Fitbit Connect and see if your One sync'd. If still no joy, please come back here with more details as to your computer configuration.
