Steps on a Fitbit One

I used to be able to look at my steps detail per day, click on a column, and it would show me the time taken to do the steps in each column. I cannot do that any more- it just shows the columns and then 0.00, noon and 23.59 along the bottom. Does anyone else have this problem now? I had a live chat with a Fitbit rep who could not help and suggested I ask the question here.

If you are using iPhone and talking about seeing number of steps in 15 minute intervals, look on the iOS board.  It is a commonly-reported problem right now.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
