For the past few weeks I have had to turn Bluetooth on and off

Are you syncing to your computer? Make sure the Dongle is plugged into a USB port

No my app on my phone isn't synching I have to turn Bluetooth off and back
on again for it to reboot and it's driving me crazy

My synching issues started today. It will start and then say error please try again.  I've been trying since 12:30p.  I tried resetting it and still no luck.  Very frustrated!

@moonshadow44 and @ChrisM23, sorry to read that you're having issues syncing your One, in this case I'd recommend to restart the Fitbit, then restart the phone and try to sync again. Also please check if the Fitbit App and the OS in your phone is the most updated. If the steps doesn't work, please contact our Support Team so they can check why the Fitbit is not syncing properly and give you the best solution.

I've had syncing issues since September.  I use the USB drive toggle that came w/ my FitBit One.  When I finally get it to sync it will do so for a few days, then quits again.  I have downloaded the software over and over.  I don't know what I do to make it work, but it will work, then stop.  It hasn't sync'd since Nov. 21.  It gets frustrating so I gave up, until today when I ran across this help.  Another other ideas?

It has been frustrating for a few people I think. Even today I eventually
got it to synch but the challenges I was in didn't register my synch so
everyone in the group was still waiting for me
