Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

Best AnswerFor almost a month I had trouble synching my Fitbit one. I did all the suggestions offered and nothing seemed to work. I decided that the dongle was just not working correctly so I bought a new one. Voila! It works now! Best. Christmas. Present. Ever.

Hey, @Rashele71! What information are you talking about? I did not understand, please explain so I can help.
@scrappysal, It is nice to hear that you got to the bottom of your problem. That little piece but so useful! Glad to hear you had a nice Christmas.

Best AnswerHi, I have just noticed that my Fitbit One doesn't sync. It hasn't done that since Feb 19th. I have trying everything but still it doesn't work on my computer or on my Samsung Galaxy. On my phone I only get the message that the connection is "dismissed". Can anyone help me?
Best AnswerI've been having the same issue since Feb 26th. My fitbit won't sync to either my phone or to my computer and all it keeps telling me that it's looking for my tracker. Nothing has changed on my phone or computer so I'm not sure why it won't sync and doesn't even show up any longer.
Best AnswerIf you are connecting to a USB using a dongle I have found it is imperative to plug the Fitbit and dongle into the port prior to syncing using the button on your computer. This works for me most of the time.

Hello my friends! It is nice to see you, and it is unfortunate to hear that your buddy is not syncing correctly. Let's try to fix this issue by following these instructions. Also, like some have suggested, a few restarts solve this type of problems.
To restart your One:
Let me know how it goes!
I usually press the sync button on the Fitbit Connect. You should have one either in your Fitbit Program or in your icons on the computer, or both. Insert the One in the dongle/charger and attach to an active USB port then press the "Sync Now" on the Fitbit Connect screen. The screen may end up being behind active windows, though that is not too likely.

Thank you. I lost my sync last night and therefore lost over a two miles worth of steps. I am glad it is back up and running before my day starts. Its all because of you. Thank you
