Unable to sync Fitbit One

Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

I am never able to see the solution. Just people commenting that it
worked. But what was it?

Mines a FitBit One.

Put FitBit in the charger thingy, plug into PC. Hold down the button until
you see the software version. That usually works.

If not you can also check that Bluetooth is turned on.

Hope it helps,

Pat.

to restart your One:

1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.
2. Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure
that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts
in the inside of the charger.
3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds. (this should turn
your one off for the re-set)
4. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button
until the screen turns on.

A Caveat: you may have to do this more than once as some are very
stubborn on getting the complete re-set and restore. I have on a couple
of occasions had to do this 3 or 4 times to effect the desired
outcome--syncing.

I just had a similar experience with not being able to sync. I removed the
app and re-installed it, plugged the Fitbit One into the charger and held
the button down for 30 seconds, and lastly - turned off Bluetooth - and
turned it back on. It finally "synced" after turning the Bluetooth off and
back on.
Good luck!

Many thanks to Jogger!  It hasn't finished, but looks like it IS syncing at last.  No idea why it decided to stop.

How do you find a fitbit 2 when lost?  I have tried syncing it wherever I thought I had last had it on last and still can not find.

I have no idea how you would locate the device.
So sorry.

I try syncing in every room I was in. Plus look and see where it synced last on your app maybe and retrace your steps. I found mine stuck to a cart at work once and another time to a metal door jam because I had a magnetic holder. Another time I found it under my coffee table and once under my bed. The flex two is small so harder to find good luck.
