Update: Fitbit stands behind products

Oh no! My replacement One has failed! Yet Fitbit stands behind the product. I won’t be getting the One, however. I will get a replacement device. There seems to be alternative holders. I will update. Again, thank you Fitbit! Customer happy!

Glad you are happy!

But the fitbit one has been discontinued. Did you mean another model?

@Chris92057 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing the update about the experience you are currently having with customer support.

I'm really glad to read that customer support was able to resolve this by sending a replacement unit for you. I'm so happy about this outcome. Once you receive the new device; please follow these replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous data.

@WendyB Thanks for your help on this thread.

I received my replacement Fitbit over the weekend and am back in action. The only solution, as I am constantly asked, is the company keeps the line going. I'm afraid when this one dies -- hopefully in a long time (or the company stops support) -- another device from Fitbit sans-wrist -- is available. The model came with 6.60.

@Chris92057 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for coming back to share your updates regarding this. I'm glad you are back in action now. I hope your device will last a long time. Fitbit still supports Fitbit One if you happen to experience any trouble; let me know.

@SwanDog I hope you're doing well! It's unfortunate to read that your One died. I created a case with customer support in another thread in your behalf. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for next steps.
