I would like to buy another Fitbit One and cannot find one anywhere. I do not want to wear one on my wrist and I want a rechargeable battery. What happened to the Fitbit Ones?
When mine dies (it is 4 years old), I will not buy another one unless something similar is available.
Hello @vmiofrjbgv
Unfortunately, the Fitbit One has been discontinued. There are some retailers who still have some to sell, but you'll have to look around.
Knowing Fitbit, there is always something new coming. I know the Zip is still around, but it doesn't have all the features of the One.
Anyway, let us know what you do. I'd check and see which stores might still have a One to sell.
Thanks. Looks like Fitbit just lost a customer.

@vmiofrjbgvThere are deals out there you just need to search for them. And be persistence. I have a backup that I got for a good price. Sorry I cant give details as it was the last one bought.

“I apologize that you received an email for an out of stock item. Those emails are sent out in mass
to customers when a product becomes available. That item may have limit quantities arrive at our
warehouse, which leaves limited options available for purchase. I am sorry that the item has been
sold out again.
I have researched the Staples item# 985738 Fitbit One Wireless Activity & Sleep Tracker, Black
(FB103BK) and I do see that limited quantities were received and multiple customers made their
purchase as soon as they received their email.”
This is the response I got from a Staples email yesterday. They apparently had some in stock but sold out immediately. Mine still works but I now want a backup since it appears those of us not wanting to wear one on the wrist have been abandoned as a customer from Fitbit! And the zip is not equal! And I don’t want to pay over $200!!

@SRS-Houstonit has nothing to do with the push button. I have had mine for 3 years with no problems and I use it all the time.
They have just discontinued it
Also those deals where when it was announced to be discontinued. I found some good ones and bought a back up. Sadly all those deals are gone.

I too am VERY disappointed that the Fitbit One is no longer available. I am a school band and orchestra director and the wrist ones just don't work. After 1st period I had over 8,000 steps and did not move off the podium. Fitbit One was perfect. I don't want the Zip and deal with the battery and cannot wear the wrist ones. I have found a few available and they are $300 and up. CRAZY!
Please bring back the Fitbit One or make a similar product!

Best AnswerI'm also a fan of Fitbit One. I don't want to wear a tracker on my wrist. The One fits the bill. Bring it back!
Don't like any of the wrist trackers -- they count 'steps' when I move my arm to brush my dog!!! I had the Zip but it didn't count steps or time activity. Fitbit has lost another customer.
Very disappointed. Terrible Customer Relations. Have supported your company and FITBit One for many years.
Shame on you! As customers we all should have been notified of your intentions to discontinue. I would have been open to try your other products. I will no longer trust your company.
OMGOSH mine works but won't sync anymore to my computer or phone. Have tried all the suggestions of removing and resetting back up. Nothing can "find" my tracker - full battery charge and right beside phone and computer. It works - just won't sync which is sad. And now I can't buy a new one to replace it??? Not happy with Fitbit at all.
