@santhoshds Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! I recommend performing a couple restarts on your One. This has helped other users in the past.
Also, how old is your Fitbit tracker and when was the first time you experienced this?

How long have you had the one for? Because after a while the ones battery may decrease. If it is a new Fitbit one, then gpthe battery may be dead. If you bought this directly from Fitbit, then you could ask for a new one, but if you bought a refurbished off of amazon or eBay than there is most likely nothing we could do to help

Is it that you can not restart it because the button doesn't work? If so, let the one die, then plug it in until it is fully charged, then try again.
