Today, the dashboard for FitBit stopped working on my DELL laptop. It works on my ipad but I prefer the look, fell and info on the laptop. Anyone else having problems?. I use a FitBit ONE. Is this occuring with other FitBit models?

I am not having a problem. I would clear your cache and see if it helps

Thanks WendyB, I tried clearing my cache and that did not work. The screen is just greyed out. I will contact FitBit support. Thanks.
