I can't get my app or my computer to find my One, it was working fine yesterday and now today it's done.  Over 15,000 steps anyone.  My employer offers a bonus to those who consistently are over 10,000 steps a day total bummer!!!! I've tried reloading the app, I've tried turning Bluetooth and Wifi off, nothing works.  This is my second one.  I may have to go to another company -----VERY FRUSTRATED

@Loristewart1025 try restarting your One using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't connect after that then there are some more things to try in this help file: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866

@Loristewart1025 - sometimes the bluetooth on your computer and app can interfere with each other.  When I am at home, I can only sync my One with my Computer.  Once I am out of range of the computer bluetooth, I can usually sync with my phone, though sometimes I have to restart the phone to reestablish the bluetooth connection.
