Using my Fitbit One for over three years. Last week it showed strange figures ( hacked by China) on its screen. I fully charged my fitbit and now: nothing!!!   pressed the button for 12 sec to reset, noppes, charged it again, ( nothing to see on the screen, no battery show press 12 sec again, noppes. Stone death.

Anyone else had the same issue. Did you manage to restart it?

My wife has a fitbit one also: she lost it for about 2 month ago. She found it back, recharged it, 12 sec restart procedure and…..Stone death. Only figure showing is that it's battery is fully charged.

Already asked fitbit…..??   so, HELP

3 Years is pretty old. They dont last forever. Time to buy a new one.

 

Also the one that was lost when the batteries are not charged for long periods of time it totally kills the battery

 

But contact support as they normally will give a discount for a new model.

 

Wont be the one as its out of production
