1/ My charge 2 firmware will not update for the last few months. It will fail every time.

 

2/ As of yesterday the fitbit app freezes to the point of freezing up my phone every time I open it. 

 

I appreciate any assistance with this. Thanks in advance

Let me help you with updating your Charge 2 firmware and the Fitbit app. 

1.- For the firmware please try these suggestions.

2.- Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Which OS version is it running? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
