I have two trackers a charge 2 for home and a flex for work which I have to wear on an ankle strap as we're not allowed to wear anything on our wrists. I recently bought another charge 2 to replace the flex as the battery dies quickly and I need the stair tracker but my app won't let me link two charge 2 trackers. Any ideas??

There are a number of restrictions for connecting multiple fitbits and one of them is that you can't have more than one of the same model. I'm afraid there isn't a way round this. See the following help file for more details:

Thanks for the response. It's annoying but there you go 😁 I'm just glad
the extra tracker was from eBay. I've emailed Fitbit too just in case they
can do anything.

If you have 2 email accounts, associate each charge 2 with a different account. That's the only thing I've been able to figure out.

@MafanwyFitbit will not be able to help. 2 of the same tracker can not be on the same account. They need to be different trackers to work
