So I have searched this issue and it keeps saying go to settings icon( I don’t have that on my app) advanced settings( I can find that when I click on my profile) but no clock option to change to 24 hour only option to change the clock face and no option there either

Have you tried going into your phone, going thru settings and possibly changing to another clock face that might set your clock back to the standard pair of 12-hour cycles?  I honestly never encountered this issue but have had display issues and when I switched to one clock face and came back to my original one, it seemed to correct the issue.

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon

     > Settings > Personal Info.
  2. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
  3. Click Submit and sync your device.

Note this must be done from the fitbit.com dashboard; i.e. in a web browser.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes. Thank you. I checked youtube. the instructions aren't very clear. the dashboard is on my phone. it should explain it needs to be on a computer/laptop. Not everyone has one these days with tablets and I went online on my phone and still didn't have it. But sorted now.
