Keep getting 403 error code failed to send friend request on my samsung galaxy note 9! How can I resolve this problem!!

Let me help you with the error message you are getting when sending friend requests. Try uninstalling the app, restart your phone and install it again.

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that is still not working! I have tried adding from contact list Facebook email and userid still getting 403 error message! How can I resolve this problem!
