Did anyone know that Fitbit's 45 day money back guaranteed policy only applies to devices purchased on their website? It's pretty deceiving, I think, considering how many retailers sell their products and most people would buy from the retailer. I certainly did not know about that when I looked into getting a Fitbit. With all the issues I'm having with the Charge 3, I can't even return it within the 45 day period since my husband bought it at a retailer.
@bunsenandbeeker, it's pretty typical practice to offer return policy only for items sold directly. Fitbit as a manufacture offers warranty that covers defective devices, but it has nothing to do with the return policy (for any reason) that retailers offer.

Best AnswerI want to return the two devices that I bought in December. What is the procedure? Where do I mail them and how do I get a refund? Is there a step-by-step process somewhere?
