APP Stats do not match PC stats

I noticed that my resting heart rate on my app is always off by one.  I don't mean just for the day but for example, on January 1 my resting HR on my app states 80 while online it states 81.  Jan 3 76 app 77 pc Jan 4 74 app 75 online.  What gives?  I'd like to have as accurate a reading as possible.  My calories are off by one quite a bit too.

@raptorsan4375 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with the discrepancy between heart rate graphs. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. On the computer clear your browser's cache data. After this check if the issue persists. Regarding the calories what are you noticing about them. Make sure you personal data (age, weight, height) is correct as this is used to calculate your calories burned. You can read more about it here.

Let me know how it goes.

I cleared the cache's closed the app and restarted both devices.  Correct me if I'm wrong I may be a misunderstanding how this works but I was under the impression that my Fitbit updates my phone and my phone updates your database and your database display on my PC.  Please explain to me how an uncleared cache would make a resting HR of 80 on January 1st on my phone's app display as an 81 on the PC?  I work in IT and for the life of me cannot figure logic out how the Fitbit.com database sending an 80 from my phone would suddenly display as an 81 on my desktop.  Further, the problem with calories is exactly the same thing so updating my stats should have no effect on how the numbers display on my PC.  My phone says I burned 3100 calories the PC is displaying 3101.
