I was trying to edit sleep end time as if I take my Fitbit off to shower it sometimes continues sleep time. I accidentally hit the delete sleep instead. Anyway Fitbit can put in a caution alert of “Are you sure you want to delete? “

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

 

Remember that you can also manually log your sleep time.
