Hey, Fitbit community!

I was wondering, what actually are 'active minutes' on Fitbit? I have a Charge 2 and am just a bit unsure about the definition of active minutes.

A lot of confusion comes from not understanding exactly what "active minutes" are and how they are counted.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
